Please see the reminders on the graphic regarding drop-off procedures. Beginning tomorrow, the old bus lane will no longer allow through traffic. Please be mindful of pedestrians in the parking lot and continue to use caution when dropping off your children.

Student Council is selling custom plasma cut welcome signs, created by GCHS Ag students. Get your orders in now! Order forms will go home with elementary students this week. You can also pick up order forms in the high school office, or email Mrs. Hoelscher at ahoelscher@gckats.net. All orders must be placed by Monday, September 8th.

Athletics Schedule Sept. 7-13

The GC FFA Build Off team had a great first build off in Lorenzo! The boys WON the build off against 8 other teams from around West Texas and New Mexico. Very proud of the boys and their hard work!

Cross Country competes this morning and the football team takes the field tonight!

What a night for Bearkat football! JH Black team scrimmaged Robert Lee and won 3 TD's - 0 in 10 offensive/defensive plays. JH Red, after getting down 0-19, went on a 30-6 run to win 30-25! Then our 6 JV kids showed tremendous heart and courage until we just couldn't field 6 anymore, down 14-21 at half. Super proud of all of those boys and the heart they showed today! Future is bright! Go Kats
