Congratulations to our bus ticket earners!

First graders participated in their civil duty of voting yesterday for their favorite American symbol.
Students researched each of the symbols on the ballot, read an opinion writing over the symbols, filled out a Voter Registration Form, received their Voter Registration Card, and then lined up at the polling center to cast their vote. Before the results were released, first graders discussed the importance of respecting everyone’s vote no matter the outcome. Attached are pictures of their excitement & seriousness of practicing their right as an American.

District Awards for our Lady Kats, well deserved!

Kayden made an impossible shot yesterday! He ran his laps for preparation for the color run giving him an opportunity for an impossible shot opportunity! Way to go!

Yesterday our fourth six weeks bus ticket earners took a trip to Dairy Queen! We sure are proud of their hard work last six weeks!

Shout out to Suttyn for earning a bus ticket today!

Today is the last day to book an appointment for pre-k registration!

On the road at 5am, very slow paced day 7.5 hour round, these girls smiled, kept their composure, and worked on their games at Shady Oaks in Baird. New course for all, but hopefully we see it again at Regionals. Proud of these girls!

This week’s Student Newspaper features so many student achievements and celebrations! Be sure to check out the latest edition to see all the great things happening in Garden City! https://aptg.co/zc6vQl
