Glasscock County FFA Members had a big day yesterday as 59  students competed at the El Rancho District LDE Contest! We had a great day as 41 of our students will be advancing to area contests. We had 8 district champion teams, 6 district runner ups, 2 teams who finished 3rd place, and a couple teams who also finished well! All first and second place teams will advance to area! This certification program trains students in excellence, professionalism, and the true Texas hospitality that defines outstanding guest service.

These students are among the first in the state to earn this new certification — showing their dedication to learning, leadership, and the future of Texas hospitality!

Joslyn recently participated in an incredible STEM opportunity with Mission 44 and Formula 1 in Austin, TX!

Joslyn was selected through Girlstart, a nonprofit organization that empowers girls in STEM. Only 30 students across Texas were chosen to participate in this experience—what an outstanding achievement!
