The Garden City Varsity 🎾 team competed in the Sandhills Tournament in Monahans on Friday 2/10. We were the only 1A school at the tournament and the kids represented the program with great sportsmanship. Here are some results:

Between all of the kiddos today we defeated some teams from Kermit, Ft. Stockton, Andrews, Wink, and Big Spring.
All kids played so well against these very competitive tennis teams!

GC had a few students compete in a welding competition at the TSTC-Sweetwater campus today. The students have made great improvements to their welding skills! We will find out results next week.

The One Act Play went to our first performance/clinic on Monday. The hard work and long hours are definitely paying off. These 17 kiddos knocked it out of the park and the critiques were overall positive. We have a few things to work on but we can't wait to show you our production of AND A CHILD SHALL LEAD in a month. Our next performance is on February 15th when we perform for another critic.
