Congratulations to the Garden City One Act Play. The district contest was yesterday, and although they did not advance, they are to be commended for all of their hard work and hours spent in the auditorium. 16 Cast and Crew members put on a beautiful show and we are excited to what the future holds for OAP at Garden City.

This Friday is an early release
day. We will release school at 12:20. We will load cars and buses at this time. Next week is spring break for GCISD. Classes will resume at normal time on March 20th.
The Bearkat Golf team won the Veribest Tournament today. The boys shot 357 with Brock Braden winning the tournament shooting a 78. Walton Marshall was 4th with a 90, Karson Lowery was 6th with a 94, and Evan Fuchs was 7th with a 95.

The FFA Entomology team participated at the Anson Invitational today and placed 7th!
This was the first Career Development Event for each of the girls and they performed very well!
We have work to do, but a great start!
The Lady Kats played in the Veribest Golf Tournament today. The team shot 417 and won the tournament. Rylee Wood came in 1st shooting an 88, Shelby Braden tied for 4th shooting a 99.
Please remember that Tuesday is a student holiday. GCISD is hosting the district One Act Play contest and will need a large majority of the school available to host the meet.

The Garden City Varsity 🎾🐾 team competed in the annual Bearkat Invitational. A big thank you to the kids and parents that stepped up in the concession stand and helped run the table to make this another successful tournament. The tournament was composed of 1A, 2A, and a 3A schools. All kids did great! Here are the results :
