In honor of CTE Month, we want to recognize that here in The Garden, we are incredibly fortunate to have three of the very best CTE teachers in the State of Texas!

Ms. Gunkel, Mrs. Pierce, and Mr. Hauser go above and beyond every single day to support our Bearkats. They provide meaningful, real-world, hands-on, and engaging projects and lessons that prepare students for life beyond the classroom. In addition, they dedicate countless hours to leading and supporting our FCCLA and FFA student organizations, creating opportunities that help students grow as leaders and future professionals.

Today—and every single day—we say THANK YOU for the passion, commitment, and care you bring to your work. You truly make GCISD and the Bearkats shine, and we are so grateful for all that you do!
