
Missoula Children's Theater Camp begins tomorrow at 9am in the Ruth Cook Auditorium. All incoming 1st - 12th graders are welcome to attend.

All incoming 7th and 12th graders... If you are interested in theater, this is a GREAT opportunity to learn from some excellent teachers. Karen Baker has multiple UIL and Oklahoma State Championships to her name. Travis Harris is the OAP director at Christoval and also has multiple UIL OAP Championships to his name. Christoval is the reigning 2A OAP Champion. Come learn various acting methods, body movements, and comedic timing as well as other theater skills.
The hours are from 8:30 - 6:30 on July 12th and 13th. Lunch and snacks each day are Bring Your Own. Contact Coach Hoch for more information or to sign up. Please text your name and grade to (806) 543-4143 You can also register the first day of camp.

Last night the GCISD Board of Trustees approved amendments to the 2023-2024 school calendar.
Changes:
August 25th is now a school holiday.
April 19th is now a school holiday.
The bad weather day originally scheduled for May 10th has been moved to May 3rd.

6th Grade at Sea World



Student and Parent Night: If you have elected to enroll in dual credit for the 23-24 school year, there will be a meeting on Tuesday, May 30th at 6pm in the Library. GCKat Basketball Camps begin tomorrow! Camps are for grades 2nd-9th, and will be held at the new gym. Walk-ups welcome, although we can't guarantee a shirt as they have already been ordered.
Girls Camp: 9am-12pm
Boys Camp: 1pm-2pm (2nd-5th), 2:00pm-3:30pm (6th-9th)

In past years, we have given the entire golf team the MVP award when we win state.
Since we won state this week, every girl will receive an MVP plaque. Rylee Wood received hers last week at the U.I.L. Banquet.
