Summer

Here is the Schedule for the Summer Strength & Conditioning Program starting in two weeks.  Athletes can only come to one S&C Session per day in addition to the football skills for those playing football.  Make sure you bring your own water bottle (will be able to refill at the complex).

June 28-July 1:

  • Strength/Conditioning:  

    • Session 1: 9:00am-11:00am

    • Session 2: 6:00pm-8:00pm

  • Football Skills (JH & HS):  Mon-Thur - 8:30pm

July 5-8:

  • Strength/Conditioning:  

    • Session 1: 9:00am-11:00am

    • Session 2: 6:00pm-8:00pm

  • Football Skills (JH & HS):  Mon-Thur - 8:30pm

July 12-15:

  • Strength/Conditioning:  

    • Session 1: 9:00am-11:00am

    • Session 2: 6:00pm-8:00pm

  • Football Skills (JH & HS):  Mon-Thur - 8:30pm

July 19-22:

    • Session 1: 9:00am-11:00am

    • Session 1: Not Available (GCKat Football Camps in progress)
