SUPERINTENDENT’S SEPTEMBER 14, 2009 BOARD REPORT

The Glasscock County ISD Board of Trustees met in regular session on September 14, 2009 at 7:00 pm. The meeting was called to order by Andy Wheeler. Ms. Kinnibrugh and Mr. Gartman gave their campus reports. The superintendent’s report was presented. Items presented were:

· Maintenance of the air conditioners.

· State inspection results on the Ag. Shop and bathrooms.

· The refurbishing of the game gym dressing rooms.

Carl Hoelscher made the motion to pay bills, seconded by Kevin Hirt. CU
