Glasscock County ISD Board of Trustees

Regular Meeting- April 12, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. with all board members present. Others present was Mary Jo Cope.

Kevin Hirt made the motion to pay bills, seconded by Douglas Jost. CU.

A discussion on the appraisal account took place, tabled for more information.

Nathan Halfmann made the motion to forgive taxes on property as presented, seconded by Carl Hoelscher. CU.

Nathan Halfmann made the motion to approve oil lease, subject to changes in paragraph 10 as discussed, seconded by Douglas Schaefer. CU.

Tibby Niehues made the motion to approve the school calendar for 2010-2011, seconded to Kevin Hirt. CU.

The board went into closed session at 8:09 p.m. – out at 8:15 p.m.

Carl Hoelscher made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Kevin Hirt. CU.
